Mark E. Rinehart
Mark E. Rinehart is a corporate and real estate attorney admitted to practice in both Utah and Colorado. His corporate practice involves mergers and acquisitions, sales and purchases of businesses, asset purchase and sale agreements, stock purchase and sale agreements, business succession planning, corporate finance, private placements of securities, venture capital transactions and general business representation.
His real estate practice involves real estate finance, purchases and sales of real property, representation of real estate developers and lenders, and developing, permitting and subdividing real property. Mark also represents venture capital investors, companies receiving venture capital investment, real estate developers of all sizes, start up companies of various sizes and general business clients.
Mark also represents renewable energy developers in developing wind and biomass projects and in closing private investment and project financing for such projects. He has been general counsel to an independent power company and a real estate development company. He served as the past Co-Chair for the Energy Steering Subcommittee as well as a past Executive Committee Member for the Subcommittee on Retail Wheeling and Competitive Energy of the Arizona Association of Industries.
He has spoken and presented at seminars and written articles on a variety of business, tax and transactional topics. Mark also speaks Portuguese.
